Course Materials
Instructors upload course materials to Lectio. These materials are processed to enable AI-assisted tutoring and are stored securely with access restricted to authorized users within the relevant course.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Course materials and associated data may be retained for the duration of the institutional agreement. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
Third-Party Services
Lectio uses third-party services for hosting, authentication, and AI processing. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for purposes other than providing services to Lectio.

FERPA Compliance
